Kendall Maness

Kendall Maness is the Director of Community Living and Support at The Arc of Greensboro, where she has served since Spring 2025. She brings more than 15 years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and is passionate about promoting independence, inclusion, and person-centered services.

Coming from a family of educators and IDD advocates, Kendall has dedicated her career to helping individuals with disabilities achieve their goals and thrive in their communities. She values building strong relationships with individuals, families, staff, and community partners to ensure high-quality support and meaningful outcomes.



Kendall lives in Kernersville, North Carolina, with her fiancé and their three pets.
