Kathy Kittleson

Kathy Kittleson is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and was a certified Recreation Specialist working for the City of Wilmington for 30 years. She has experience coordinating New Hanover County Special Olympics events and has worked with community agencies encouraging inclusive recreation programs. Through the city, she was given the opportunity to build the Fit For Fun Center in Wilmington, which is an inclusive play center for families of preschoolers. More recently, she has moved to Greensboro and has been looking for ways to be involved in the community ever since. The Arc of Greensboro has been one such organization that has allowed Kathy to give back in her retirement.
