Kaitlin Maness

Kaitlin is excited to be part of The Arc of Greensboro team! She is dedicated to providing compassionate, person-centered support. Kaitlin brings over 10 years of experience supporting individuals in the IDD community. Her background includes working as an AFL provider and working with children of all ages, both of which have strengthened her passion for helping others reach their full potential. Outside of work, she enjoys theater, singing, and finding creative ways to connect with and serve the individuals and families she supports.
