Courtney Southern began her work as a dedicated advocate with more than 20 years of experience in the legal field supporting individuals and families who had been injured by caregivers. Throughout her career, she has been committed to helping people navigate complex systems, access resources, and ensure their voices are heard.

Today, she continues that mission through her work with The Arc of Greensboro and Project SEARCH, where she supports young adults with disabilities in developing skills, gaining confidence, and pursuing meaningful employment opportunities. Her passion for advocacy, inclusion, and empowerment drives her work every day as she helps individuals achieve greater independence and reach their personal and professional goals.
