Originally from Jacksonville, Florida, Aisha is a proud mother of two wonderful boys who inspire her every day. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Entrepreneurship from Bethune-Cookman University and has built a diverse professional background spanning retail, restaurant, and logistics management. Throughout her career, she has focused on compliance, process improvement, and delivering exceptional customer service.

While her professional achievements are extensive, her true passion has always been serving her community and supporting those in need. In her role with The Arc of Greensboro, she has the opportunity to combine her professional expertise with her commitment to making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Outside of work, she enjoys expressing her creativity through drawing, painting, and crocheting. She is also an avid plant enthusiast with a special love for collecting exotic varieties of Monstera plants. Being a full-time mom and serving her community through The Arc of Greensboro fills her heart and motivates her every day.
